Sando, a gifted programmer struggling to find work, loses his young daughter Nana in a stampede when a political rally erupts into violence. Grief, debt and desperation draw him into a gang that carries dirty political work.

But the deeper Sando gets, the more he stands to lose. Through civic education, he and the young men he once recruited begin to see a different path, one that puts their community, its future and its peace ahead of political interests.

With the election approaching, they set out to challenge impunity, demand accountability and show that politics can work for the people.
